We provide AI design, build, integration and management services as described in each engagement or order form. Specific scope, deliverables and fees are set out in your service agreement.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. One-time setup fees are quoted per project. Plans may be cancelled with notice as defined in your agreement.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
