We retain data only as long as necessary and protect it with encryption in transit and at rest and strict access controls.
For medical and dental clients, we implement a HIPAA-ready architecture. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) on request and ensure Protected Health Information (PHI) is only routed through BAA-covered infrastructure with strict retention and deletion controls.

We provide AI design, build, integration and management services as described in each engagement or order form. Specific scope, deliverables and fees are set out in your service agreement.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. All standard subscription plans are subject to an initial 90-day minimum term. One-time setup fees are quoted per project. Subscription plans may be cancelled with 30 days notice after the initial 90-day term.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
